Carlos Lopez is the Queenan Law Firm, P.C.’s managing associate, and specializes in civil litigation in the areas of personal injury, such as motor vehicle collisions, workplace injuries, premises liability cases, and product liability cases, as well as in business disputes and contract claims, amongst other areas of law.
Mr. Lopez has litigated in both state and federal courts across the State of Texas. In his career, he has helped his clients reach favorable resolutions without the need for litigation and/or trial, and, when it has become necessary, Mr. Lopez has also achieved favorable jury and bench trial verdicts for his clients. Mr. Lopez’s success also extends to the appellate level, as it relates to original proceedings and appeals made to the Texas Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Texas and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Lopez obtained his Juris Doctorate from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, now known as Texas A&M University School of Law, in 2012, where he was repeatedly on the Dean’s List and was the recipient of the President’s Full Scholarship. While in law school, Mr. Lopez participated in Law Review, Moot Court, and served as a professor’s assistant all while maintaining a top 10% ranking throughout his law school career and beginning his legal career with the Queenan Law Firm, P.C. as an intern.
